Books

Here are a couple of books that I recommend for anybody (probably college age and or older):

The First books is: Strengths Finder

I actually had to take the test when I became a Resident Assistant for two years (when I was an undergraduate student).  It helps you maximize your top qualities in the work you do.
As a Resident Assistant, I had to learn about which qualities a great leader must have (which this is based on), and found out that each leader has different qualities.

The second book is Everyday Calm

My friend got me this as a gift because I can get stressed out a bit when I over work myself.  She thought it would help the stress, which it did.  I have only tried a couple of the tips; I haven't tried making any of the tips it has in here.
